Giving as Worship

Sunset Hills exists and ministers through the gifts given as an act of worship to Jesus Christ. SHBC desires to use the resources given to not only meet the financial responsibilities we have as an organization, but we seek to do so in a manner which is open and accountable to our membership.

 We are a 501c3 religious organization which means the gifts given to our church are usually tax-deductible under current laws of the United States. 

 While giving is advantageous for the citizen, we do not give so we can get.  We give as an act of worship, acknowledging God, because of Jesus Christ, has given us all we have.  The small percentage of our wealth we give through this church is such a small reflection of the gifts God has entrusted to us.
